Babylonstoren Wine Dinner at Pop's

Pop's Sunset Grill is excited to offer a unique experience featuring exquisite wines from South African Babylonstoren winery for the second year in a row as part of Sarasota Manatee Originals Forks and Corks week, 2024. We fell in love with these wines, and is was no surprise to us that Babylonstoren was named "Best in Show" during the blind tasting for 2024 in the red wine category.

Located on a mountain slope, Babylonstoren boasts the scenic background of the Simonsberg. It produces elegant, balanced wines that reflect their terroir. Babylonstoren, dating back to 1692, is one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms, set at the foot of Simonsberg in the Franschhoek wine valley. 

Our team of Chefs has prepared a 6-course dinner to pair with a variety of the wine from Babylonstoren's portfolio.  We will have the distinct pleasure to welcome representatives from the winery.
